What is the reptilian brain?

If fact you have three brains and not one. The reptilian it’s the oldest one and is the part that doesn’t think or rationalize. The only thing it pays attention is: survival, feeding, self-maintenance, social needs and reproduction or sex. In addition to this, it is also responsible for controlling your automatic bodily functions, such as the beating of your heart, the breathing of the lungs and the regulation of the body temperature.

The reptilian does not know the difference between the imaginary and the reality, and it works through pictures. That’s why when you see a porn content, it instantly activate a trigger in your brain that is expressed in your body as an erection.

We live in a society that is controlled by subliminal images. The use of sex or erotic images in commercial campaigns is one of the tricks that the market uses to compete for our attention or to influence our behavior.  If you want to eliminate the competition around you, you have to stimulate the reptilian.

Without this understanding, the triggers that you are exposed everyday will influence your thoughts, behaviors and the false illusion of control. If you are not aware what is doing to you, you will live a life based on unconscious drive.  

In other words; if you are not aware of those triggers inside of yourself; when you see a beautiful attractive woman, your brain put you in a trace state. Thoughts of sexual approval, dominance, submission and aggression will start pop up.

Have you ever met those people that when they walk into a room, you become emotionally affected? Normally she will say to you a “programmed answer” based on society and culture. This one has the ability to play with her emotional and irrational side of her personality. The mysterious, adventurous and dominant males always stimulate those triggers in her reptilian brain. When you show how your life is exciting and make her wonder what comes next, she will do a mental picture of herself with you.

We live in a society that tells us that there is not enough for everyone. That makes us believe, that is the woman that has the power of choice over man. We were raise to believe that we must do all the things to please a woman in order to make her like us. We constantly struggle and feel insecure on the first date with a woman because we just think about sex and pleasing. We resume all our lives in a single conversation because we have afraid that she doesn’t choose us or don’t have a second date.

Of course there are other factors to generate attraction. In a preview post I talked about the sexual imprint that each one carries around, or a blueprint that influence how much we match other person’s list and feel attraction. The closer the person match our imprint, the more intense the feeling of attraction we experience. Sometimes two or key variables that resonates with us are enough to give us that feeling.

Take responsibility

To move forward in your life you have to accept your current situation. Stop playing the role of the victim and play full responsibility. Most people spend their entire life attached to a past that doesn't exist anymore or avoiding the present moment by placing their happiness into the future. If you want real change in your life you have to accept things as they are and not as you wanted to be. Close your eyes take a deep breath and accept your life as it is right now. Always see every past situation as a teacher. A great life has always a great renunciation attached.

Move forward

According to the previous rule your past is a mental concept, a psychological time that give you lessons, so put it behind your back and start living. To live fully the present you must be willing to forgive what happened to you in the past and move forward.

Be away from the game

Being great with women is a byproduct of you being great with yourself.  Don't try to change women, change yourself instead. Because the best man you can be and you will notice how other people will answer you. Spend more time alone working on yourself, your values, passions and believes before wanting desperately to get laid.

Find your purpose

Why you want to be as anybody else? I see a lot of people nowadays trying to be someone that they are not, instead of expressing their authentic self. If you got this one I guarantee you that you will increase your sense of freedom and happiness. Repeat this affirmation all the moment " this is my life and I am going to live it the way I want to". What matters what people think about you?  What other think can’t distract yourself from your reality. Always remember that nobody can affect you, only if you give yourself permission. Is not what they say to you, is what you say to yourself when they stop talking.

Love what you do in life

This one is obvious, but a lot of people still have afraid of following that. When you love what you do in your life you vibrate in a different level. Follow your inner voice and find out your passions and you will project excitement and inspiration to other people. If you can make a living with what you love to do that is a perfect match. Be willing to spend time about thinking of what you love to do and go do it.
 
Be adventurous

Live your life as an adventure. Become the most interesting person you know. Have stories to tell others before you die, and make yourself an inspiration for those who one day read your story. Women love story tellers because they picture themselves as part of your adventure. Being adventurous is being unpredictable and expressing a spontaneous attitude at any time. Express your authentic self

When you meet someone physically attractive, you must understand that is just somebody, nothing else. Most guys feel extremely needy when they meet a hot woman and immediately start to qualify themselves to them by talking too much and trying to project something bigger than they actually are.
Well, all you are doing in the eyes of the other person is this:



“Take me, I am yours”

or...

“You should be my girlfriend”.

Only if a woman is too desperate or haven’t have sex for months that will take you home. Although the next day you will not hear about her or she will look for something better through the days.
Now, if you want to have in your agenda high quality women, you have to understand that you need to behave in a different way. Separate yourself from the crowd and play the lazy game as I cal. Let the others do the work for you and lay back on your sofa and expect her calls. When you don’t do what others do, you don’t have any competition.

You don’t know anything about the person you first meet, so why you should put so much pressure on yourself by trying to think or do too much? She can be a great person but also a trouble one or even a prostitute as well. So, wait till you really understand what is the situation and stop coming across needy or taking her too seriously. Understand that you are the “prize” that she can have or not and you know what you have to offer her.

Ask yourself anytime you feel that she is superior and you feel the need to qualify to her: I know what I have to offer you, what do you have to offer me?

I am not saying that you need to come as a huge ego and make her feel that you are intangible. No, put always a woman as equal as you. All my advice is based on expressing your true self and let your authenticity as a man show up. Express all the things that are uniquely about you and go with the flow any time. You don’t need to think about what to say or do, you just have to let your unconscious being do the work for you. You don’t need to change your attitude when you meet somebody new; in fact all you have to do is being present and make the other people feel that they have meet you years before. Threat others as they are your best friends and they will open themselves to you. When it comes to women that is the key for true connection and building a great chemistry. When they feel that they have meet you before, look what you are giving to her, the feeling of that “was meant to be”. Everything that is natural is like faith on her eyes .

Women love a man that is 100% authentic and sincere about them. If on the first time you meet a woman you express unconsciously that two qualities you can have everything from her. Does not matter if she is as a great boyfriend or married for twenty years, authenticity mixed with sexual confidence are the keys to unlock woman’s mind. When you make a woman feel that she can trust you, because you are not hiding something and at the same time you are being comfortable with yourself and your sexual feeling, you can have women emotionally and sexually open to you.
I can’t tell you how many times a woman just told me her sexual fantasies or her dark secrets just because I was honest with myself when I was meeting her. After twenty minutes of conversation she will start to say ” I don’t know why I am telling you this”. She can be in a relationship with somebody she loves, but that does not matter that she will open to that person.

Some married women told me that they still remember the first feeling the man they are currently married gave them. When it comes to attraction between two people the words are just a killing time.

Turn on your Sexual Energy Part. 1

Learning to activate your sexual energy is essential to be able to attract the opposite sex on a natural way. No matter how many books or seminars you attend about seduction, if you want to become naturally good with woman you have to become aware of your sexual energy.

 

Men usually lack sexiness, mostly because they block this energy to circulate freely around their bodies. When we feel shame or guilty about feeling sexual about somebody or we don’t fully accept our own sexuality, we close ourselves to the opposite sex without we even understand.

This addiction is a paradigm. A paradigm is a multitude of habits that are fixed in our subconscious by repetition. This paradigm dictates not only our perception of the world but also turn on or off our sexual energy.
